Grown at 1,000 metres on volcanic soils, the beans—Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals—develop a smooth, low-acidity profile with subtle sweetness.
Ideal for those seeking caffeine-free enjoyment without compromise. Works beautifully in filter brews, espresso, and milk-based drinks. The lower altitude and larger bean size deliver consistent flavour and body that rivals fully caffeinated coffees.
